The Rivian Trail Guide Program connects new and future owners with Rivian owner guides who have already made the leap and are ready to share what they’ve learned. From first questions to everyday insights, it’s a chance to learn from someone who’s been there and is ready to make everyone feel more at home on the road ahead.
Who We Are
We’re Rivian owners, just like you! (Or just like you might be soon.) We’ve made the leap to driving electric and we can’t imagine going back to gas. We’ve charged on the go, packed for road trips, installed home chargers, and fielded a hundred questions from friends and neighbors. As Rivian Trail Guides, we’re here because we believe in sharing what we’ve learned, not from a script, but from experience. We lead with empathy, not ego, and we’re excited to support you in your Rivian Adventure.
What We Do
Rivian Trail Guides offer support for people exploring life with a Rivian. Whether you’re wondering about charging, curious to learn all of a Rivian’s features, interested in exploring off-road capabilities, or just want to see one up close, we’re here to help. We advise and mentor prospective and new owners, attend Rivian events, host meetups, share stories, and can often be found in Rivian Spaces and Service Centers - ready to answer questions big and small - all with the goal of making the EV journey a little easier and a lot more human (and fun!).
